Locking cells on sheet in Zoho Projects

I'm on the enterprise edition of Zoho Projects. I'm trying to add a new spreadsheet (a Zoho Sheet) in the documents section of my project. I would like to lock a few cells to prevent editing by other users. However, the Lock option is greyed out. How do I lock cells?
