Log a call dissapears when clicking outside the dialog box

Log a call dissapears when clicking outside the dialog box

Is it possible than when we click outside the box, the log a call information is not lost?
It happens to me all the time, i log a call, record a certain amount of time and when coming back to the window, i accidentally click outside the dialog box, and all my information is gone.... Is there a way to avoid this?
