Log a call feature

We have been encountering an issue suddenly today with most of our users with the Log a Call feature (within a contact).   It has been working fine up until today.

Users are logging calls by going into the Contact and clicking the Add a new call option.  The window that pops up gives them options to key in data.  If they choose the Current Call option, they can see everything and key in their details correctly.  If they click Completed Call all of the fields disappear and they can only see the Save and Cancel buttons.

I have manually edited the Calls screen in Zoho and tried to move fields around on the page.  If I move the Call Duration box above the Call Start option, they can successfully see this field under Completed Calls.  Unfortunately the Description and Subject fields disappear though, so we're in the same boat.

Is anyone else having issue with this?  It seems strange to me that this would suddenly happen with the majority of our staff today.  I did chat with a Zoho tech support person and after they initially moved some fields around it worked for one user...but then stopped working after about 10 minutes.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated as we are truly stumped!
