Log time for other users

Is there a way to log time for another user for a particular project. I manage a number of contractors and sometimes I need to enter their times in Zoho Projects. I can view the time sheet for a particular project, and from there I can see the time sheet for a specific user. I can even edit another user's times. But, I can't add new time to a project for another user - it always ends up being added to my own time sheet.
