log various activities, e.g. called client, visited client etc
We are starting a Zoho implementation and would like users to log activities with an Account and/or Contact or Lead. An example would be if an Account is visited in person or a call is made. The user should be able to log the date this happened and record some notes.
I don't see a good way to do this. The Call activity is kind of close to what but requires things like call duration to be recorded, and it doesn't appear possible to change the fields.
Any suggestions on how to handle this?
