I've created a main account bookings@... and enquiries@....
bookings@... is working fine, I can log in and open emails.
However, I might be overlooking something really simple, but I haven't been able to open my enquiries@.... mailbox to look at my emails. I can't find a link to go to my enquiries@... mailbox when I'm logged in to my bookings@... account, and when I tried logging in directly as enquiries@...
I keep on getting forwarded to a page that says:
Update Account Information
This is your first time Sign In to your Mail Suite, please update the Username and Password
What do I fill in there? enquiries is not available, even though it does appear in the accounts section of zoho mail.
Help?
