Logging calls an other types of activities in Zoho CRM
Hi,
I have a couple of questions related to the "activities" section (appearing at the lead, contact and potential level) of Zoho CRM:
- Why when logging calls from the potential detail screen they don't appear in the same screen's "Closed Activities", but instead they appear only on the Contact's detail screen "Closed Activities" area?
- What is the best way to log non-call related activities? For example if I had an in-person conversation with someone at a party about a product or service he might be interested into, how do I track this in Zoho CRM? It's not a call, and the "event" type of activity doesn't seem suitable for this.
