Logging Email When Sending Quotes or Sales Orders

Logging Email When Sending Quotes or Sales Orders

If I generate a quote or a sales order and send it to the Contact using "Send Mail" under "More Actions", I would expect that the email would be logged under the Contact's Email history. But it is not. I would like for these emails to be logged, just like any other email sent to the Contact. Is there a way to do this?
