I added Zoho CRM to my Google Apps account to try things out.  I don't see any ability to just log an email with a contact in the GMail interface and no gadget seems to provide this functionality.  The best I can find is the POP set up, which even then, I'm not sure what it does.  I have 3 years worth of email and the POP sync is still running after 4 days.  In the meanwhile, I can't seem to associate any emails with any contacts I've established recently.  Plus, I'm really not comfortable with sharing my Google Apps password with Zoho so they can log into my POP account (why isn't OAuth used for this in conjunction with IMAP)?

Anyway, email is my primary communication tool.  I need a way to easily and quickly log messages.  I've gone through all the Zoho docs, but it's fairly unclear how this situation is supported.  Is Zoho just not the right tool for me?  If not, pointers on what I'm doing wrong would be much appreciated.
