Logging in as Super Admin to Use Control Panel
I've been trying to login as a Super User for about 5 days now, and every answer I find is a different solution that doesn't work. And to top it all off, when I login to the app, it says that I'm a super admin when on the desktop it says that I'm just a user even though I'm using the same login info. I'm getting extremely frustrated with zoho because they brag about how easy it is to navigate the site, which I have come to find out is a bold faced lie. Any suggestions on what to do before I abandon ship?
