Logging out going calls in mobile App
When I call from the CRM app on my iPhone at the end of the call the app used to ask if I wanted to log the call. If I said yes it came up with a description field that I could enter the call details and outcomes.
Now all that happens is it log the calls but no description box shows!
Is this being rectified or is there a setting I have to change?
