Logging the amount of leads given out to sales people

Hi,

 We've been a user for 3 years and i still havent worked this out yet.

I need to know how many Leads have been distributed to each sale person.

I need a report that shows how many during the month regardless of what happens to them...i.e closed, converted, closed won or closed lost.......

The standard reports dont do this.......... does ZOHO crm log how many have been transfered to a user?
