Login bug with firefox.
Program: FireFox v56.0 64bit
Symptom: When attempting to login, (
https://accounts.zoho.com/signin?signupurl=https://www.zoho.com/signup.html), after entering my username and password the page fails to redirect to ask me for my TFA confirmation code.
The code is in fact sent to my cell phone, so I must assume my login processed, but I am stuck on the login page.
Result: Login from Firefox is impossible.
Urgency: HIGH
What steps have been taken to try and address this bug:
I have tried a clean installation of firefox. Bug was not fixed.
Please let me know if I can provide any information to help you diagnose and fix this issue. It is a major disruption to my workflow.
