login issues

If I put the correct password:
"VirtualOffice is currently unable to process your request. Please sign in after a few minutes."

If I put the wrong password (to see if my username is valid):
"Username and Password did not match"

So it seems my username/password is correct, but unable to log in...

Tried all browsers: Maxthon (IE7), IE 7, and Firefox.
