Login Issues - New account, TFA activated

Hello,

I am trying to login to your service via browser ( https://www.zoho.eu/mail/login.html) without success. Nothing happens when I click the 'Sign In' button.

I created my account today and I am trying to login for the first time since then. I have Two Factor Authentication (via sms) activated on my account which maybe is causing these problems. According to your help guides ( https://www.zoho.eu/mail/help/adminconsole/two-factor-authentication.html) I will receive an additional secure code to access my account after I have typed a correct password. I am not receiving this code.

This is what happens when I try to login.
  1. I enter my username and password
  2. Click on 'Sign in'
  3. Button changes from 'Sign In' to 'Signing In'
  4. Waiting...
  5. Nothing Happens
I have tried signing in with different browsers (Safari and Firefox), computers (Windows and macOS) and via Zoho Mail iOS app without success. I have deleted browser history, cache etc. and disabled browsers extensions before trying to login with the same results.

Is it possible to deactivate the TFA protection on my account? I have access to my backup codes, but I haven't found any way to use them because the login page isn't working.
