Login Issues: Says "Account is Disabled" Right after signing up?

Login Issues: Says "Account is Disabled" Right after signing up?

I signed up under the free business email account. Filled in everything but never got the setup confirmation page. Whenever I try to login to email using credentials infiniteoutdoorstore@gmail.com it gives me the message "Account is Disabled" 

How? I just created this account. I've never had this issue before.

Please any help would be appreciated.
