login to admin failing

earlier today I sent a support request from the (presales) page on zoho mail because I cannot send it from

I had reset the password for our domain and verified via SMS and I get "password reset successful"

But whenever I try to login, it fails and says invalid password. What the... ?

As I don't remember what rescue email I left in the account, I gave the phone number associated with it to send reply via SMS.

Nothing yet.

Is there a way to send private message from forum? I don't want to send domain details publicly.
