Long delay in email updating
Over one month ago my email began not updating in a timely interval. Instead it might update every 24 hours or longer. When I click on the refresh button (right of the Compose button) the email will suddenly start pouring in, however it appears out of chronological order. I have to click on the Date sort button twice; first to sort it properly except that results in oldest mail on top, the second time to sort it with newest email on top, which is my preference.
This problem appeared suddenly and happens on every computer I use at work and home, both Macs and PCs, and with every browser. None of my co-workers have this problem and no setting on my computer had been changed.
Coinciding is that the zoho email app on my ipad began to lag 24-48 hrs in displaying email. However, a forced refresh does nothing.
Zoho on-line help offered no useful solution, only saying "clear your cache", which I had already done many times.
I would appreciate any sort of tip that might cure the problem and return email functionality to what it was.
