from "All Contacts" using the find contacts box, When using Mozilla Firefox - enter a name, hit enter and brings up options
When using IE - enter a name, hit enter and screen switches to Tasks screen; I've tried tab then enter to no avail. Only way to make the look up work in IE is to use the mouse (how MACish)
