Look Ups - How do I pull in additional Contact data into a custom object?

Hi,

I've created a custom object for creating project case studies.  (this is linked to a Zoho Survey - but that's another story).

When I create a new Case Study I have a look up field that populates the Name of the Project from the Opportunity object (creating the relationship).

I have another look up field that allows me to select a contact name to associate with the Case Study.

I can't work out how to automatically pull back the email and mobile phone data related to the Contact.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
