Looking for a low cost Creator developer

Looking for a low cost Creator developer

Hi,

We're a very small company (a staff of 4) and are looking for a low cost CRM/Creator portal implementation. We have a good understanding of what we want. We also have fairly good experience of Zoho products and implementing them, but there are gaps in our knowledge - especially Deluge.

We dont need a Zoho Partner that has lots of staff and are very expensive. We just need a developer who is good at Deluge/Creator and is efficient. We've had bad experiences trying to hire someone on upwork.com etc.

How best to find a trust worthy developer? Is there a platform that show review/ratings for Zoho developers?
