Looking for advice on how to find consultants for CRM implementation

Hi all. I've been to asked to assist a couple of friends in implementing a CRM for their small editing business, having previous experience in doing some nonprofit Salesforce admin stuff.

We're not decided whether Zoho or Salesforce (or any other CRM) is the best option for us. In any case, I know there will be some requirements that go beyond what I can cobble together from different out of the box solutions.

Here's my question: How do you recommend I go about finding support, where's the best place for that? In particular, how do I go about finding developers who have experience in the editing/translation business, since I guess many processes will be similar?
