As the number of users we have using zoho crm grows, so do our reporting needs.  I love being able to schedule a report to automatically mail out but I have a few requests. 

1. A sort order for the reports that can be saved.  I am not looking for grouping, just a sort.  For example, on some of our  Potential reports, I would like the report to sort the list by closing date.  Yes, I can do it manually but there is no way to export or schedule the report with that sort in place. 

2. Report scheduler should be able to send the report in multiple formats.  Currently when it sends the report as an excel file, it needs to be reformatted before it can be printed.  If it was sent out in pdf format, it would not have these issues. Some of the people the report is sent to are not sophisticated enough computer users to reformat the report themselves.
