We are looking for a developer to create a connector to our PBX and dialer to post recorded calls to Zoho.  We will be specking this project but the basic functions we will include are as follows.

 

Post recordings to a specific phone number to Zoho CRM

Connect call recordings to agent

Connect call recording to accounts or contacts

Initiate a click to call command from a number on the screen
