I am looking for a ZOHO export to whom I can outsource the following tasks :

1. configure ZOHO CRM to suit our needs

2. Customize the Quotation template.  We are a web development agency so we sell hours and not products and as a result 80% of all the fields in the standard setup are never used.  (attached is an example of the desired format for the body of the quotation)

3. Setup simple workflow to track Quotes, Purchase Orders and Billing
