Lookup field in iOS has no search ability

Lookup field in iOS has no search ability

I have a simple form with a lookup field. When I access the form with my iPhone or iPad, the lookup has no search mechanism. It just disappeared!

Strangely, when I access the form with another phone using Android, the search appears.

Again with my iPhone, when I access an older form with a lookup, I can see the search no problem.

This issue only seems to apply to iOS (17.2 or earlier).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
