Lookup Field is no longer an option in Select Field Type

Lookup Field is no longer an option in Select Field Type

We are currently using three custom Lookup Type fields.  It was our understanding that up to 5 Lookup fields are allowed. However, Lookup Fields are no longer an option in the Select Field Type menu (see image below).  Can someone clarify this? Thank you.
