Lookup Field Question

Hi,

I am pretty new to Zoho. I created the custom module for venues. That works correctly. Where my issue and question lies, is how do I set it up that when someone chooses the venue from the lookup field that the venue address, city, state, zip code, and phone number populate as well based on the record they choose in the lookup field.

I know it is possible just not sure how to get it to happen. Thank you for your help.
