Lookup fields auto populate

Forms:
List    ->has single line Onload filled Requested id,
            Subform-> dropdown lookup i type ,i name and multi select lookup of suppliinfo
Supplier info
Sample -> has dropdown lookup suuplier info,Reidsingle line field. samplesubform subform ->  two drop down lookup fields I type.,i name
on submission of List form the data in itype and iname ,suppliinfo,Requested id will auto populate into
second form records. based on suppliinfo
fist i go through
fetch form details of requested id and suppliinfo(name)only.
i tried several ways 
and one is for each subform  insert into sample subform here in for each and insertion iam getting errors 
is ti poosible to do that .
