"Lookup fields" link to their linked pages in views

"Lookup fields" link to their linked pages in views

I think it would be a neat idea to have Lookup fields link to their lookup pages available in views, a good example of this would be in "cases" however i can not get this to work in "potentials"? is this feature already implemented?
