I have an app that I use to log "issues" on a website. Occasionally I have issues that are related...

So on my "Issues" form I'd like create a lookup of a field on the issues form that I would then call "Related too".

When when adding a lookup field it doesn't let me choose from the form I am working on. Any ideas?
