With the new Zoho Mail design,
We have lost the ability to add a person to Leads.
Now, we can only add a person to "Contacts."
Why ?
PS. The new design is not that good. Very difficult readability. Another cost cutting move by Zoho, very disappointing that the company is unwilling to pay for quality designers.
