Hi, 

I use Zoho Docs for windows. Today I opened my files and noticed format has changed and a lot of the formatting previously has changed. This happened to ALL MY FILES. Also when saving files a duplicate file shows with a slightly different file name.

Here are two screen shots for the error I'm getting with one of the files. I'm getting this with all other files when I open them with slightly different error messages.

Here is the screenshot that ends up saving a duplicate file after saving the original file. 

Need help ASAP original format on ALL FILES HAVE CHANGED.
