lost emails!

Same problem as other posters: No old emails in any folders, definitely panicking by now, thanks to the lack of response from Zoho (2 online requests, one voice mail left). I have to access particular emails with meeting & assignment info to complete a work project with deadline this week! How do we get answers? Has anyone been able to get the emails to show up? I tried signing out/in, restarting, the phone, all didn't get my anywhere...
