Hi,

I was switching from one ZohoCRM account to another. I exported all my leads, potentials, etc to .csv files. I closed the first account and before I was able to import them to the new ZohoCRM my laptop battery died and I lost the .csv files. Is there a way to retrieve these from the inactive account? I had paid through this month, so I am hoping the account is simply inactive and not deleted.
