lost my mail

I am having a serious problem! I set up zoho to integrate with my gmail account, and I spent several days loading my nearly 5000 messages into zoho. For some reason, however, I was having problems with it after a while, and it wouldn't enable my gmail account. I just deleted it and put it in again, not realizing that all of the email within zoho would go with it. well, it fixed my inital problem, but now I have a bigger one. I located the location of the messages, and they are still there on the hard drive, and I tried moving them to what seemed to be the possible location of the new storage folder. this didn't work though. If anyone can tell me how I can reload those messages into zoho again without having to spend days re-downloading them, that would be great. Thanks!
