I recently switched some email accounts from our own mail server to Zoho, and it was pretty straightforward. However, subfolders are not properly syncing in Mac Mail (v 12.2). By sub folders I mean like the following:

Inbox - syncs fine

Vegetables - syncs fine

      Carrots - Folder appears but is empty

      Peas - Folder appears but is empty

Meat - syncs fine

      Beef - Folder appears but is empty

      Pork - Folder appears but is empty

      Chicken - Folder appears but is empty

The IMAP path prefix is configured to be blank, which I believe is correct. This seems to be a common source of problems, though it seems that causes no folders to appear if the prefix path is incorrect, which is not what I see.

The subfolders are there and with emails in them when I check on the Zoho web client.

Of note, if I move an email to a subfolder within Mac Mail, it will then appear there in the Zoho web client. So it appears that syncing is working one way.

Any ideas?
