Mac OS 13.2.1 IMAP issue

After upgrading to Mac OS 13.2.1 from 13.1, im facing IMAP issues with Apple Mail app. sync is not working properly and it get stuck communicating with the server, it even stops getting new mail, stops marking emails as read too.


On my iPhone all works fine, i tried outlook, and it works fine, just the Mail App is causing the issue after the upgrade.


I removed the account from Mail App, and re added it, it worked fine, until i started moving messages and deleting emails, then it got stuck again, seems it cant move messages between folders.


The image attached is how it get stuck, the number of messages goes up as i work, and never goes down.
