Macro does not associate Account to Contact

Macro does not associate Account to Contact

This is so basic... when I run a macro, the Account does not associate to the Contact so that when I'm looking at the Activity rollup, I can't tell what Account the Contact belongs to; not to mention that the information in the Task is incomplete.
