I am new to Zoho, and I've been enjoying the service a lot. All of the integrated functionality is great. I do have a concern with respect to Zoho Mail, however, and it is this:
Multiple times per day, Zoho Mail just doesn't refresh - when it tries, the little arrow just keeps spinning. If I switch folders, I get a white screen that may or may not say "Loading...." on it. Sometimes signing out and back in allows the mail to come back up, but many times it does not. The screen just stays blank until some time later, when it may or may not come back. Right now the blank screen in the message pane says "No Message Found in This Folder," even though there are plenty of messages in my inbox. A little pop-up at the bottom right said there was a problem in listing the mail.
This happens to me quite frequently. Is there a temporary problem with the Zoho mail servers or the site that I should be aware of? Is this just normal for Zoho Mail. If it is the normal state of affairs, I'll have to go back to Gmail, particularly for business-related email, because I can't use a site that just frequently won't load messages.
I'm using Windows 7 64 Bit. The problem has occurred in IE 9 beta (64 Bit) and Google Chrome browsers.
