Is it possible for a member in a group I created to access their newly created email account without having to register a personal account in ZOHO ?
If they do have to register, can they import only the group member created email account to their current POP or IMAP email client ?
If they do not have to register, how do they access their online mail account once it has been created for them ?
Thank you in advance for the answer and I hope I stated it as clear as possible. To recap:
Once one creates a company email account and creates a group and then adds individuals to this group with a newly created company email, do the new individuals need to register for a personal account and then link or join the group company email account or can they access the online newly created email client directly from the web ?
