Mail account blocked

Once of my users account is blocked. The blocked mail is - minotii@genesisreal.in we need this mail activated as fast as possible. And please advice any solution with which the mail accounts dont get blocked automatically. This is very harmful to our business. Please advice the solution and unblock the mail account.
