Mail Account Blocked Max Exceeded

Account blocked now for 3 days. I have sent 3 emails to support with not a single reply.

My mail account remains blocked but I have already paid to add an extra 5gb but can not unblock the account ... I do not understand why. I click on the unblock link or try from "settings" put in the code and it keeps saying delete 5% of the emails to free up space. BUT I HAVE ALREADY ADDED AN EXTRA 5GB

I can not receive or send emails , this is ridiculous. I have sent you 3 emails requesting help and there has been no reply. I use Zoho for receiving my business emails. What a pathetic service it is if the account is blocked. 

First I get this message:

"We have blocked your account "@@@@zoho.com" temporarily as a security precaution.

Block Type: Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason : Mailbox size exceeds limit"First I get this message:


I have just updated my subscription by purchasing another 5gb to make 15gb and I click on the unblock link and try to unblock but my email account is still blocked ... why?

I get this message " To unblock , ensure atleast 5% free space of your total mailbox size exists after email deletion."

Why, I do not need to delete messages because I just added and extra 5gb !!!!!


I need it unblocked immediately

Furthermore where was the last minute warning that the account was about to reach the maximum so all of this huge inconvenience could have been avoided.?
