My main mail account got blocked because I sent an email to 16 recipients. This was NOT a newsletter, I was directly contacting some people who volunteered at an event we ran to thank them - I used BCC because that's good practice when emailing a group without compromising their identities to each other.
We are running another event in less than 2 days, and I cannot send any mail! This is costing us business, and will be a huge PR nightmare if it can't be resolved quickly - PLEASE HELP!
