This morning during the email outage, I had to go to my email service provider's (inmotionhosting) webmail (we use zoho as a POP account) to use email. I updated the password at inmotionhosting and worked off of there during the outage.
I was then tinkering with the Zoho mail settings and tried to update my password under the POP3 settings. It said "Zoho account already exists for this user" and wouldn't allow me to update the password. Strange. I clicked cancel and tried to disable/enable my account, but the enable part won't work. I am somehow locked out of my account now and can't re-enable it. The message I get says:
Please help me with re-enabling my account. Thanks!
