Mail account is blocked?
Mail account is blocked?
Our mail account is blocked, I believe as I went over the 5GB limit.
I have removed emails and now only using 85% of our 5GB limit, accounts is still blocked??
I have gone into Control Panel -> Mail Admin -> Troubleshoot -> Blocked Users, where our account is blocked however cannot unblock this?
Please fix ASAP.
