Mail Account Not Active after adding recovery email.
Hi, I have emailed zohomail.com hours ago. No update yet. I am hoping posting here will help.
Not sure why, but I logged in, I was prompted to add recovery email (i already had one) so I guess system wanted two. So I did. After that logged out and then tried logging back in but my Account went Inactive, cannot use mail app/zoho email. Later on my Account got disabled.
Now I was able to login in trying to post here on the help forum but mail still doesn't work. Please help! This is my business email.
