Mail accounts

Hi Zoho
I want to use Zoho Mail as my only mail client. My email provider is www.pobox.com. I want Zoho to pick up the mails from pobox and have tried to configure this. There are a number of problems:

1) I have a mail account for my james.love@pobox.com mail account but saved it prior to setting the incoming and outgoing servers. For some reason I cannot edit or delete this account even if I set up another one and change the default account to the new account. How can I fix this?

2) If I set up Zoho to retrieve my mail from pobox Zoho wants to retrieve all the mail from pobox which goes back 2 years. It does so by retrieving the oldest emails first. My iPhone, using IMAP, retrieves only the latest emails. Do I have to retreieve all the emails first before I can expect Zoho to only download the most recent?

3) Is there a capability to sync my address book and calender to my iPhone via MobileMe perhaps?
