Mail addierr blocked

Hi! Today morning I received this message from Zoho: Your Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Size Quota Exceeds Limit [Total Mail Size=204,800]. But I was not working, I was sleeping. Unblocked on suggested web, and it blocked me again. Now, there is message that my account is blocked and I cannot work with mail. Can you please unblock my account and check why it was even blocked? Thank you.
