Mail Administration - Troubleshoot

Hi, I found that when sending email via Zoho messages is not always send, although when sending with Gmail the recipient does get his email . I have added a screenshot from the Mail administration - Troubesheet page.

Please advice.

PS When sending this message via the Contact Us form in Zoho Business I did not get any feedback!
